The founders of the SIVA SCAN industrial park could be named as the pioneers of operations of this nature. As an industrial park operator they have been active in Norway since 1968; have established and currently operating over 100 business incubators, industrial and research parks in and out of Norway.
In Panevezys the successfully functioning industrial park was established in 2000. The founders are the Norwegian industrial development corporations SIVA INTERNATIONAL AS and SCAN INDUSTRIER.
The park is set in the city’s industrial district with a well-developed infrastructure. The park specializes in the rent, operation and running of industrial premises.
